1 RECORDED CARDIO SESSION PER WEEK (from our Monday sessions) TO COMPLETE INDEPENDENTLY 2 more times PER WEEK. (Wednesday & Friday is suggested)

As a Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor, my passion is to guide people towards a Happier & healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths, limitations, likes and dislikes. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and the best way your body and soul can actually enjoy fitness. I aim to transform your body and mind to influence you to make mindful decisions when it comes to your Devine human body or as I call it our temple.

Training with Fit Ya Soul's trainers is unlike any other fitness
program. When I started working with Michelle, it was the first time I
felt like fitness was a partnership centered around making me feel
better in both physical and spirit, rather than a bootcamp to show off
the trainer's results. I wasn't accountable to someone else, but to
myself and the well-being of my body and soul. The goals included
physical changes and strength, but also centered around empowering my
intentions and feeling good. Everything was customized to meet my
personal health needs, the program was structured for real life, and
the positive approach not only keeps you motivated long-term but

Ive been training with Michelle at fityasoul for 7 months now. Once I began seeing results and getting stronger I was beyond inspired. Working out consistently and having Michelle as my trainer is something I never want to give up. I definitely gained the tools needed to do this on my own but im not ready to give up this sacred 30 min 3 days a week with such a beautiful soul. Im hooked on the solstice program.
